Brest city Taekwondo Federation

Brest city Taekwondo Federation is engaged in the development of the Olympic sport of Taekwondo in the city of Brest and Brest district. In addition to the training process our organization is engaged in tournaments and Championships at various levels, we regularly conduct seminars for coaches, athletes and judges, certification of belts organized sports camps, training events. Athletes of our Federation participate and take prize-winning places on Republican and international competitions.
The main objective of the Federation is children‘s involvement in mass sports. Thus, the main priority is the preservation and strengthening of health of children. And Taekwondo is an excellent choice for this. Regardless of gender and age of a person, his skills and level of training, Taekwondo is an excellent basis for the strengthening and preservation of health.
Taekwondo is a full contact martial art, however the level of injury in Taekwondo (VTF) is minimized. Protective equipment, including Shin guards and hand gloves, protection, stop, protection, groin, protector ( protective vest body), a helmet, a mouth guard, allows sports matches without the danger of getting a serious injury.
We begin to work with children of preschool age. The main purpose of a sports group for "preschoolers" is the attraction to the sport, developing coordination and flexibility, the preservation and strengthening of health. In the classroom in specialized groups for children of preschool age lays the "Foundation" for the further successful sports activities. For school-age children provided morning and evening groups, allows children, students in both the first and second shift choose the most suitable time for classes.
