Public Association "Brest city Taekwondo Federation" invites You to take a step towards active life, give yourself and loved ones the joy of sport, communication and achieving goals.
Gyms public enterprises equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable exercise, and most importantly it is a great team of instructors. All of our coaches highly qualified specialists, masters of sports, who have extensive experience coaching high-achieving on the world and national tournaments, the owners of black belts. Our trainers are ready to help beginners and give helpful advice to more experienced athletes. Athletes public enterprises are under constant supervision of sports doctors and leading sports psychologists.
Groups are formed by age composition:
Children 4,5,6 years
Children are 7,8,9 years
Children 10-15 years
Adults 16-21 years old
Taekwondo classes will allow you to obtain the basic skills of self-defense and to possess the art of melee, will help to get a slim figure and never-fading youthfulness of Your soul and body.. those Interested can participate in competitions of different levels.
