Arbitration and FAS

The team of lawyers will protect the interests of entrepreneurs in the FAS and will provide the following legal services:

consultations in the sphere of Antimonopoly legislation;
legal analysis of documents for compliance with the Antimonopoly legislation;

Preparation of complaints to the FAS on the Law of public procurement (n 44-FZ);
Preparation of complaints to the FAS on the procurement Law (No. 223-FZ);
complaints and petitions to the Federal Antimonopoly service according to the Law on protection of competition (No. 135-FZ);

representation and protection of interests of the company to the FAS in the initiation of cases on violation of Antimonopoly legislation;
representation in the FAS (drafting of complaints and appeals on violation of the Antimonopoly law);

challenging the decisions and prescriptions of FAS;
challenging the decisions and orders of FAS in Arbitration court.

Proceedings and defense in court in cases concerning the recovery of funds according to the contracts.
