Yin Yang Sports club

Sports club "Yin Yang", we began our work on March 2, 2013. It was then developed all the circumstances, the stars came together and opened a club. And the sport has become our life, of course, much earlier, one five and one twenty years ago.

We do everything to ensure that our club became a space in which is good for adults and children, natures subtle and creative, and a people strong and athletic, who loves to dance, draw, play sports, learn new things and live interesting. At my club we are doing what we love and know themselves to join.

We are constantly working groups:

yoga,

fitness,

Zumba,

ladydance,

stripelike,

stretching.

A group of real self defense for adult men (20 years).

Children‘s groups:

Kyokushin karate (trainer from the Baikal League Kyokushinkai karate),

Aikido Aikikai (trainer from the Irkutsk branch of the club Aikido Jikisinkai),

fitness.

Studio painting of the club Yin Yang invites children and adults, in addition to the regular classes held master-classes in various areas.

We will be glad to meet you, answer your questions, share your knowledge and skills. In the hours of training scheduled we are always in the club, in other hours, as a rule, too. Come, we have friends there‘s always a time, place, tea, chocolate and many interesting activities.
