About the organization

CSR OOO "Osnova" operates under the auspices of the Charity Fund assistance to drug users "Health and life". The Foundation was established in 2012.
In 2013, founded the second branch of rehabilitation, which is located in the village of Chernoluchye. In 2015 on the basis of branch was formed the Center of social rehabilitation "Basis".
In the same year, the new center passed the qualification selection of the coordination Council for complex rehabilitation and resocialization of drug users and was entered in the register of effective rehabilitation centres. In September 2016 the Ministry of labour and social development of the Omsk region signed a contract with "CSR "Basis" for the provision of services to persons addicted to narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and alcohol. This confirms the integrity and quality of rehabilitation center services.
5 April 2016, OOO CSR "Basis" entered into an Alliance of rehabilitation centres "Alliance".
The activities of the center for strategic research "Foundation" rehabilitation and resocialization of drug addicts; psychological counseling; drug prevention and promotion of healthy lifestyles.
Rehabilitation is an integrated approach: work with drug addicts themselves, their relatives and the nearest environment, graduates is indefinite support after completion of primary rehabilitation.

Throughout the history of the development BFPN "Health and life" and LLC center for strategic research "Foundation" has repeatedly carried out activities aimed at the prevention of addiction, promotion of healthy lifestyle and popularization of sports. Regularly conducted refresher courses of personnel with the participation of leading Russian specialists in the field of rehabilitation of drug addicts.
