Aluminium composite panels SIBALUX stamps began to be produced in 2006.
We were presented with a high level of requirements to operational and consumer properties of this material. Initially, the production was in an industrial area of Shanghai (PRC).
The plant, which was chosen as a partner, already had a professional team and long experience in producing aluminum composite panels. This was introduced its own quality assurance system SIBALUX, which included constant monitoring of the entire production cycle, components, finished products, shipment process, and monitoring of the technical condition of the production lines.
Aluminium composite panels SIBALUX have been successfully tested for compliance with Russian construction norms and fire safety requirements. Testing of material SIBALUX in the testing laboratory of TÜV SÜD on the spread of fire in accordance with British Standard 476: part 6: 1989, British Standard 476: part 7: 1989 again confirmed the international level of quality.
In 2010 it was decided to move the production to the territory of Russia. Initially the production was based in Tyumen, but in 2014, was built and commissioned a new plant in Novosibirsk. The plant is equipped with production line of new generation, allowing to produce more than 5000 sqm of ACP per day. The plant is located on the territory of Industrial-logistic Park in Novosibirsk region. The convenient geographical situation of the enterprise helps to optimize and dramatically reduce delivery time. Possibility of quick production of panels of non-standard sizes can significantly reduce the flow coefficient of the material and to optimize the cost of the façade of the building.
Quality assurance the entire production cycle, as before, is under the constant supervision of specialists and engineers.
As a result, manufactured at the new plant material SIBALUX of the Russian Federation successfully passed the required fire field tests. At the conclusion of tsniisk im. V. A. Another factor in the quality of ACP SIBALUX of the Russian Federation was the confirmation of the "four units" and the improvement in fire resistance and heat of combustion of the inner layer to expand the scope of the material.
