ROO "the Krasnodar regional service for the protection of the rights of consumers

The KRASNODAR REGIONAL service for the protection of the RIGHTS of CONSUMERS to exercise their statutory purposes is entitled to:
• to carry out public control over observance of the rights of consumers and sends to the bodies of state supervision and bodies of local self-government information about violations of the rights of consumers for verification of these facts and adoption, if they are confirmed, measures to prevent infringements of consumer rights, within the limits of the powers of these bodies;
• to disseminate information on the rights of consumers and on necessary actions on protection of these rights, as well as other information that will facilitate the implementation of the rights and legitimate interests of consumers.
• to apply to courts with statements in protection of consumer rights and legitimate interests of separate consumers (group of consumers, an indefinite circle of consumers).
