Scientific-production center of dairy industry (NPCN) founded on August 15, 1997, in the city of Uglich, on the initiative of a group of leading scientists in the cheese-making industry with huge experience (with experience of up to 40 years or more) in the field of industrial science and practical cheese-making. The main purpose of NPCE since the founding and is currently the scientific and practical support of enterprises in the cheese and dairy industry on all matters relating to their growth and development.
